◾️Event Details:
Dates:  Wednesday/Holiday, April 29, 2026
Location: Nakano Ward Office, Meeting Room A, 1F (4-11-19 Nakano, Nakano-ku, Tokyo 164-8501, Japan)
Format: 5 rounds, Team Round Robin, 15 minutes + 10 seconds increment per move, FIDE & Japan Chess Federation official national rated tournament.

◾️参加費
  • 1チーム(6名)：12,000円
  • または「中野チェスクラブ」か「町田チェスクラブ」のメンバーとして参加される場合は1人2000円
Peatixから申し込み（上限6チーム、先着順）

参加条件
  • チーム全員が日本チェス連盟会員（大会期間中も有効であること）

◾️Entry Fee
  • 12,000 yen per Team
  • 2,000 yen per Player is playing for Nakano Chess Club or Machida Chess Club
Register through Peatix (Max capacity 6 Teams, First come first serve basis)　


Eligibility Criteria: 
  • Each member of the team must be a Japan Chess Federation annual member (membership must be valid throughout the tournament period)

表彰式・閉会式はすべての試合が終わり次第行います。

大会ルール

  • タイブレーク：
(1) 直接対決
(2) Buchholz Cut-1（最低得点の対戦相手を除く全ての対戦相手のポイント合計）
(3) Buchholz （全対戦相手のポイント合計）
(4) Sonneborn-Berger （勝った相手のポイントとドローだった相手の半分のポイントの合計）
(5) Sum of the ratings of the opponents （対戦相手のレーティングの合計）

  • デフォルトタイム：試合開始後10分以上遅刻したプレーヤーは不戦敗とする。レーティングの変動はない。
  • 事前Bye：Bye（不戦）の申告は大会前日18:00まで受け付ける。その場合はByeの申請フォームに入力すること。事前申告Byeは0.5ポイント、期限以降の申告Byeは0ポイントとするが、最終2ラウンドの申告Byeは全て0ポイントとする。申告Byeが2ラウンド以上あるプレーヤーは入賞から外す。
  • 強制Bye（組合せ上のBye）は1ポイントとする。
  • クロック、チェスセットは主催者で用意したものを使用すること。
  • 棋譜は記入しなくてよい。試合が終わったら勝者がアービターに結果を報告する。引き分けの場合は白プレーヤーがアービターへ結果を報告する。
  • 携帯電話、タブレット、スマートウォッチ等の電子機器類は、試合のとき完全に電源を切り、カバンなどにしまうこと。それらは試合中、身に着けてはならず、カバンに入れて会場の外へ持ち出すことも禁止する。このルールは電子機器類の電源が入っているかどうかによらず適用され、違反したプレーヤーは不戦敗ではなく、ただちに負けとなる。また、見学者及び試合を終えたプレーヤーに対しても、会場内でのスマートフォンなどあらゆる通信機器類の使用を禁止する。
  • スタート順位を決める基準の優先順位は、FIDEラピッドレーティング（ない場合はFIDEスタンダードレーティング）、国内ラピッドレーティング（ない場合は国内スタンダードレーティング）、称号、氏名ABC順とする。
  • ※chess-results上ではスタート順位の決定に用いられるレーティング数値を便宜上EloNの項目の下に示している。
  • 上記以外のことはFIDEルールに沿って判断する。例えばイリーガル・ムーブは違反行為であり、2回目は負けとなる。時計の押し間違い、両手使用等も違反行為である。
  • ペアリングは試合開始10分前に行う予定。試合に参加される方はそれまでに受付を済ませること。
  • 2026年、6月のFIDE、6月分の国内ラピッドレーティング更新の対象。

Tournament Rules

  • Tie-breaks:
  1. Direct Encounter
  2. Buchholz Cut-1 (Sum of the opponents’ points excluding the lowest)
  3. Buchholz (Sum of the opponents’ points)
  4. Sonneborn-Berger (Sum of the defeated opponents’ points and halves of drawn opponents’ points)
  5. Sum of the ratings of the opponents
  6. Drawing of lots
  • Default time: If any player is not present within 10 min after the game starts, she/he shall lose the game by default. The game is not rated.
  • Pre-registered byes: Bye requests will be accepted until 18:00 on the day before the tournament by filling in the Bye Request Form.  0.5 points will be awarded for pre-requested Byes, and 0 points for Bye requested after the deadline. The requested Bye for the final 2 rounds shall be given 0 points.  If a player has more than 1 requested byes, the player will not qualify for prizes.
  • Pairing-allocated bye will be one point.
  • The organizer will provide chess equipment including clocks. Players must use them.
  • Players need NOT record moves. Once the game is finished, the winner should notify the arbiter the result. In case of a draw, the player with the White pieces tells the arbiter the result.
  • All electronic devices including smartphones, tablets or smartwatches must be turned off and stored away. Players are not allowed to keep it on him/her or take it outside of the venue in a bag. When a player breaks these rules, his/her game shall be immediately lost. It is forbidden for anybody to use a mobile phone or any kind of communication device in the playing venue.
  • The pairings will be done in order of FIDE Rapid Rating (if none, it will be substituted by FIDE Standard Rating ), National Rapid Rating (if none, it will be substituted by National Standard Rating), titles, and the alphabetical order of the players.
  • ※On chess-results, the rating value used to decide one’s starting rank is shown under the “EloN” index for convenience.
  • The tournament will follow FIDE rules unless otherwise stated above.  For example, an illegal move will be penalized and the second illegal move will result in the loss of the game. Pressing the clock by mistake or pressing it with the other hand which touched the pieces will also be judged as an illegal move.
  • We will pair players 10 minutes before the round. Anyone who wishes to participate will have to complete registration by then.
  • This tournament will be rated for FIDE June 2026 and Japan National Rapid Rating for the June 2026 update.
