第１回中野チェスクラブ公式戦例会

会場：中野ZEROホール 西館 学習室A
形式： 3R スイス、持ち時間30分+30秒/手
参加費：1,000円
初回特別：学生(U23)とNCSレーティングお持ちでない方には今回だけ参加費を無料にします！ ぜひこれを機会に「真剣勝負」を体験してみてください！
また、3/13から学生合宿があるとお聞きましたので学生同士ではペアリングされないようにします。
途中参加、2R bye、途中退出などOK!
Rated Section(NCSスタンダード公式戦)とNon-rated Section(非公式戦)に分けて試合をします。
NCS会員の方はRated SectionかNon-rated Section選べます。
NCS非会員の方はNon-rated Sectionに参加することになります。
参加条件：Rated Sectionに参加される場合、NCSの年会員であること。もしNCSの会員ステータスの証明が不可能な場合、Non-rated Sectionに参加してもらいます。
Non-rated Sectionはどなたでも参加可能です。
組み合わせ(ペアリング)は試合10分前に行う予定です。Swiss Managerを利用します。なるべくレーティングが近い人同士で試合ができるようにAccelerated Pairingsを採用する予定です。
2ラウンド以降にお越しになられる方はその前までに受付を済ませるようご協力をお願いします。
13:30 1ラウンド
16:00 2ラウンド
18:00 3ラウンド
可能な限りチェスセット、クロックなどをお持ちください。

Chess games with time controls of 30 mins each at Nakano on March 11
Date & Time：March 11 (Sat) 13:00-20:30
Venue：Nakano ZERO hall（Momijiyama Culture Center） 2F Study Room A
Format：3R Swiss using Swiss Manager.
Time Controls: 30mins+30sec/move
Participation fee：1,000 yen
Special offer! To celebrate our first official rated games meet, we will waive participation fees for everyone under 23 years old and for first time tournament players. We hope you use this opportunity to get a taste of serious chess!
We will be playing 3 games and the rounds are as follows:
13:30 Round 1
16:00 Round 2
18:00 Round 3
You don't have to stay for the entire duration, you can skip Round 1, take round 2 bye, etc. Just let us know 10 minutes before the round begins on whether you will be playing.
We will have 2 sections: Rated section and non-rated section
To participate in the rated section, you will have to become a member of NCS (National Chess Society of Japan).
For those part of NCS, you can pick between joining the rated and unrated sections. Rated section usually has stronger players.
Non-members will have to play in the unrated section.
If you cannot prove your status as a NCS member, we reserve the right to place you in the unrated section.
Please be punctual - once the pairings are out, we will not be undoing it to accomodate any latecomers.
If possible, please bring your chess sets and clocks - only few will be supplied.
